The restaurant in the hotel we stayed at in Heidelberg was unbelievable. It looks like they decorated it in 1974 then locked the doors and walked away. Lots of orange and avocado colors. The jukebox had smokie, shocking blue and Boney M among others. It even had Big D’s favorite song “Jeans On”.

Five hour drive from Heidelberg through the Alps to Innsbruck. Took a break at the top and checked out the souvenir stand. I threatened to buy one of those cool alpine hats with the feather but wound up saving my dough.

Long night at the club. Six years ago I introduced gnocchi to America after I had it in Italy. This time I’m bringing back spinach dumplings. You’re welcome America.

Hung out with the Mugwumps and Reekys. Everybody vapes over here. I drink tea.
